Have my freezer fixed today. Freezer compartment not working and called him last night and they responded immediately and fixed the servicing this morning. Ethanl the technician identified that the fan motor spoiled and replaced with a new one. He also checked the compressor. Very nice and polite guy. Thanks to him arranging so fast, my frozen but slowly defrosted meats can be saved. Kudo to them.

Ethan came to service our fridge after we heard loud noises at the compressor. He was very professional and explained everything upfront, including the costs and potential future costs. I really appreciate his wonderful service and his candid sharing on the fridge issues. Will definitely engage them again (but hopefully not for fridge problems again)
Edit: after they left then I realized that they stuck their stickers on 3 of my appliances, even those that they didn't service. Now my oven got sticker mark after I removed. Not very happy with that.
