Terrace Awning replacement to polycarbonate roof awning
Second time to engage with them, first was 5 years ago for my terrace awning and now to replace it with a polycarbonate roof. Was happy with the previous job, and calling them back for the new job was the right decision. Broncson was by far the most professional in his assessment of what needs to be done, exactly how and was very precise compared with other quotes. The client gets an assured and confident feeling we are in their good hands and this is what every client should feel when looking for a professional, reliable and responsive vendor that doesn’t charge an arm and a few legs. Installing outdoor retractable awning
Bronson’s men did a great job in installing my outdoor retractable awning in about 3 hours. The men carefully secured the heavy 4 meter frame onto the pillar with an extra support frame holding it up. The US Phifer sunscreen is perfect to provide shade yet allow airflow with its permeable tight woven textile. It held up against light rain with no water coming through. Thanks for the good job done!

Fixing Structure with Fabric Canopy
We engaged with them for a project on a black and white house that required a fixed structure with fabric canopy. Broncson was our main point of contact and he was professional, punctual and thorough from the get-go. We did have a few rounds of discussions and revisions to iron out details on the actual construction given the spatial restrictions we had on-site; but he was always patient and clear on the next steps. I must also commend his team for the job well done! They were always punctual and also more importantly, paid close attention to detail. Despite having to work around rainy weather for the whole week, they managed to deliver the job in a reasonable and timely manner. Would definitely recommend for your outdoor awning / shelter needs for a smooth process and peace of mind in quality and execution!

Replacing Awning Roof and Zip Blinds Installation
It was a real pleasure dealing with Broncson. I've been managing a large renovation project and he was by far the best contractor I worked with. He helped with adding or replacing roofing in 3 areas of my apartment and also added zip blinds to the balcony.
Before the installation I had a few questions about how the finished product would work and look and he send me many detailed photos that he'd taken with high quality drawings of the work that was going to be done. He sent these extremely quickly which means it must have been part of his thorough preparation process.
When I came to installation he was very flexible to work around other contractors to the point where he wasn't able to use his normal scaffolding due to tiling work that was being done and changed the plan to work from above instead without complaint or extra cost.
Broncson supervised the works and everything was delivered ahead of schedule and at a high quality. The price was competitive with other companies.
I would highly recommend Broncson and team and I would definitely use them again should I need more work of this nature done again.

Awning Installation
I was attended by Broncson from the onsite quotation to the final installation. Broncson was very professional, knowledgeable, meticulous (almost perfectionist) and gave his expert advice on the installation of the fixed shelter and motorized awning. He explained the process of installation and also caution on the issues ahead of the installation. He also gave a timeline so that I can be assured of the outcome completion date. The three staff were punctual, polite and the installation was surprising quick over 2 days. The quality of workmanship is high, and at the end of each day the staff will clean the work area and arranged their tools neatly. The final shelter and awning came out very well and many neighbours came by to ask for his contact. We are very satisfied with this installation. My family can now enjoy the shade from the sun and rain. I highly recommend to anyone looking for constructing shelter and awnings. Thanks Broncson.

I was attracted to them its 10* reviews. The job was to replace a trellis panel, including re-varnishing of the wooden structure. Out of 3 contractors that responded to quote, Broncson was the most knowledgeable, experienced and professional. His responses were always prompt, courteous and to the point. His proposal was most sensible and reasonably priced. Broncson was at site to instruct and supervise the job at relevant stages. The workers were disciplined and appeared motivated to do a good job. Safety and cleaning up were parts of their SOP. I’m thankful to have Broncson for the 2-day job. They truly deserve a 10* rating.

Professional and pleasant dealings with Broncson. He was conscientious about following up on our queries, accommodating and gave sensible, practical advice. His workers were also polite and the work area was neat. The job duration was across several days, and the workers made sure the area was tidy and clean when they left for the day. Broncson also came by several times in the course of the day to check on progress of the work. He also went the extra mile to help us troubleshoot some roofing related issues that came up after the job was completed, when it wasn't within their jobscope and he didn't actually have to. Very satisfied with the entire process, from the first survey, through the quotation, right up to the end result. Would definitely recommend him.

Awnings Canvas Fabric Replacement and Installation
I installed my retractable awning by thems about 9 years ago. Recently the canvas split open at the seamline. I called Broncson again to get his advice on what to do. Broncson is one of the most efficient and professional person I have met. He promptly confirmed an appointment date and time.
As my awning mechanism is still working, he suggested that I just change the torn canvas instead. Within two weeks, the new canvas has been installed. I am very pleased with the service rendered. I highly recommend Broncson.
