They were prompt in arranging for a time slot to look into the issue when I called them. My fridge was not cold and Ah Heng was patient in explaining the issue when he arrived. Together with Patrick, they were efficient and professional in resolving the issue, taking care to minimise dirtying the kitchen. They further advised on what should be done to prevent a similar occurrence in the future. Overall am happy with the service and will consider engaging them in the future.

My Samsung fridge power keep off by itself on Saturday night. Called them on Sunday morning and tell them about my fridge problem. In 2 hours, Patrick came with the spare parts to repair my fridge.
