Diagnosis and Refrigerator Repair
Samsung fridge kept tripping the circuit breaker on a Saturday morning. Contacted a few supposedly 24 hours shops but no one responded. David was the first to call back and was able to arrive before 11am. He was friendly, clear on his assessment and costing. He determined that it was the fridge side that is causing the trip and was swift and successful in helping us resolve the problem. I would strongly recommend David.

Very satisfied with David’s expertise and efficiency. I have been cleaning up my leaky fridge as it started leaking lots of water at the base and some days it just wet the floor like a big puddle.
Given it’s an old fridge 9 years old I was ready to buy a new one when David quoted for transport and later for repair. Maybe problem won’t be solved thereafter but I decided to go woth him Bec he spent time analyzing the source of leak.
He was very helpful n thorough in cleaning up the fridge and polite too. Pleasant surprise when he waived off transport charge when I asked him to proceed with works. On the spot he got down to work and the next day leaking stopped completely! Thank you David. Highly recommended for efficiency n skills.

I had a problem with my fridge. I saw him on Google and contacted David. He was very responsive. He understood my urgency and made his way immediately. He was very experienced. He knew what the issue was and recommended the next steps. He checked the fridge thoroughly and patiently and fixed the problem.
He went the extra mile to explain how I should take care of the fridge and also made some adjustments to the base and door of my fridge, which was awesome! His customer service is commendable!

My refrigerator is not cold. Called David around 10am. 2 hours later, he arrived. He diagnose the refrigerator and quote me which is reasonable as the labor is quite time consuming and he has to change a few parts. This guy really knows what he's doing. Very calm and collective when he work on my refrigerator. He is polite and friendly too. Highly recommended. Now it’s 5pm. I can feel my refrigerator is getting cold both freezer and fridge. Overall, I am happy with the service. Great service at a reasonable service charge!

It was a pleasure communicating with David. I first reached out to David in Oct 2020 when my fridge broke down. After 10 mins of troubleshooting over phone, David advised me against repair. He didn't charge me then but won me over with his professionalism. I saved his number ever since.

Called David around 10pm for assistance, as my helper suddenly told me that the fridge is not working. I called a few others, all told me they can help only next morning. He was knowledgable and was able to quickly identify the root cause of the issue, he was then able to change the fan/motor in a short period of time - saving a freezer full of food. We encountered a fridge's issue on a Saturday night 9.30pm when it started to give way and generated weird sound. We engaged Uncle David and he was super responsive and willing to come to have a look/repair at 10.30pm on the same night. He changed the motor and observed it to work before he left at 11.30pm. We are really grateful for him to give us such a favour to turn up at this hour and given us extra plenty of advices on how to use the fridge and make it more durable, presuming that all my frozen stuffs will spoil if I need to wait till the next day to engage a repair service (I called a few companies and all had turned me down due to the hour of the day). Thank you for your professionalism and above all else favour to think from customer perspective. :)

My mother-in-law's fridge is not cold and the rubber gasket around the fridge door was also badly damaged. Despite my explanation and WhatsApp photos sent, David promptly made an appointment to visit and assess the fridge condition. On day of assessment, David advised fridge was not economically viable for repairs as cost was way beyond buying a new fridge. Hence we took his professional advice and decided to purchase a new fridge. Highly recommended for good , reliable and excellent service attitude. GOD BLESS!

David is a responsive and professional technician. He was able to diagnose the fridge problem and fix it on the spot. Unlike other technicians who charge a diagnostic fee without repair, David provides free diagnosis and then advises on the repair that needs to be done with reasonable rates. He also takes the time to explain what's wrong with your fridge.
If you decide not to go ahead with the repair, you only need to pay him the transportation fee. Overall, quite satisfied with David's service. :)
