Fixed Ventilation Issues and Remove the Mould Damages
We met with Colm for initial inspection of the room where we found the leak and mould formation and Colm not only did the check of the damaged area, but also check other rooms in the apartment for us. We were concerned about some stains on the wall after heavy rains, some discoloration and he tested and checked it for us as well. He was very patient with our questions, and spend extra time to explain to us what steps we need to take to protect the property, how to secure the storage room going forward, how to ventilate other rooms, etc. He was professional and answered all questions we had. Colm removed the damages in the storage room and did an excellent job in it, all the discoloration was removed, the smell is now gone and the room is well protected. He's been a true gentleman to deal with, prompt to respond and true to his word. Highly recommended!

Installing and drilling 6 air vents
We scheduled the vent drilling over the phone with Deirdre, Colm arrived on time and set to work on the 1st of the six vents to be done. Colm was extremely professional and personal, we were extremely impressed with how clean Colm kept his work area during the vent drilling. After he’d completed the job it was hard to tell there were six air vents installed.

These guys are amazing professionals! I have had only the best experience with them from the moment I contacted them till after the job was done. Deirdre was always very quick to reply to my emails, explaining the nature of the job (the cooker hood had to be vented to external air), how long it would take, how much it would cost and gave me an exact date and time when the expert, Colm, would come to the house to do the job. Colm was punctual, he was very friendly and pleasant to have around, had the work done within the specified time and to the highest standard. On top of that, he cleaned after himself! Very Happy with their service they not only know exactly what they are doing, but also value their customers' time, they wouldn't leave you hanging around waiting for them as a lot of other workers in home improvements do.

Spraying Mould Removal and Vent Installation for Air circulation
I've been having developing mould problems in my bedroom for a while now so I got in touch with them. Deirdre was back to me very quickly by email and after I sent her a few photos and a video she was able to diagnose a few causes straight away and suggested some possible solutions. A few days later Colm came over to spray down the room to eliminate the mould and install a vent for extra air circulation. He was very clear, professional and friendly and gave me very detailed suggestions to stop the problem recurring in the future. When I came home later in the day after he was finished the results were even better than I expected with not a visible trace of mould remaining and the vent was installed subtly and tidily. I'd have no hesitation using them again in the future and would absolutely recommend them.
