Cleaning damp mouldy walls and conduct a house survey
I have a damp survey done in my house, and to be honest, I didn't know what to expect. They do say that they conduct a thorough survey and I can confirm that that's absolutely true. The gentleman coming to do the survey was absolutely great at explaining to me and my partner what he was doing and why, and then before he left, he gave us a few tips, which then in the report was elaborated. What to expect in the report? Everything! Report came very fast. Pictures and explanations were included. Also they included solutions to the problems, which I found great. I definitely recommend this company, the price might be higher than others, but you really get a good value out of it. It was really worth it.

Mold remediation, windows insulation and inspection
We were getting mold appearing all over the house, after upgrading our doors, windows and insulation. We got a thorough inspection of the house with recommendations for mitigation. We also got a mechanical ventilation system installed. Very tidy work, delivered as promised (on time). Easy to deal with. Air quality has improved greatly in the house, already. Happy to recommend.

Ventilation installed and replastered walls
Colin completed the survey which was very detailed and identified the issues in our apartment along with recommended ways to resolve them, some of which they could carry out for us. We got one of our walls replastered and a positive ventilation unit installed, both of which we were very satisifed with. The plasterwork in particular was to an extremely high standard I almost don’t want to paint over it and the two guys that carried out the work were very nice and left the place very clean after, I’ve had much more mess after much smaller jobs. Very happy overall.

Cleaning off black moulds and installation of fan
We had quite a lot of black mould in our bedroom and bathroom, and mould in our kitchen. We were struggling with condensation on our windows and decided to get an inspection done. Came out and completed their report and recommended mould removal by cleaning and fogging and fans in the kitchen and bathroom and a PIV unit in the attic.We went ahead with all works and are very happy with the results. Everyone we dealt with in was extremely professional and helpful. The works were carried out in a timely manner.

Thank you for your professional approach since I first spoke about my mould problem. He explained the problem was condensation and lack of ventilation. His detailed report with colour photos was emailed to me with recommendations to rectify the problem. Damp removal and installed fans and ventilation
I had a long term issue with damp in my apartment. The end of the living room by the back door had staining and damp all up the walls spreading away from the door. After consulting, I got fans fitted in my bathrooms and a main vent in my living room which constantly ventilate the flat. Since then the air is noticeably fresher in the flat and there is an obvious improvement in air quality. They were great to deal with and the job was completed to a high standard in 2 visits. I would recomend!

We had mould starting in the ceiling of one of the bedrooms. they came out to first do an inspection and provided a report on the moisture in the house. Within the report they advised certain measures to remove mould and prevention. We engaged their services for fogging to remove and kill any active spores, and then install the required extractor fans and air circulator to prevent or mitigate any moisture. I found them very professional to deal with, their work was carried out efficiently and fast. I would not hesitate to use them again, and would definitely recommend to anyone who has issues with mould or damp in a house.
