Old Locks and 4 New Keys Replacement
I got in touch with Joel and from the beginning till the end of our project he was nothing but spectacular. We had a couple of locked doors that had missing keys and through our conversation he asked for pictures and size of the doors etc and arrived on the day with 4 brand new locks and keys ready to install. He and his team managed to open the doors in 10 minutes and removed the old locks in an hour. Was great to chat to him about the business and how difficult it was to find a professional locksmith that knew what they were doing. The charges were super reasonable compared to other quotes that I got. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing locksmithing services. They set the standard for SG.

Digital Lock Installation
Joel picked up our call of assistance when my family and I were locked in our house due to malfunctioning of our digital lock (7 years old). What impressed us was his prompt, systematic and patient guidance over the video call which eventually lead us to getting out. Eventually, we replaced and installed a new digital lock as well with his detailed explanation. Despite his busy schedule and answering others clients' enquiries, he was efficient and prompt to give us a comparison of locks. Fix & Unlock Digital Lock malfunctioned
Completely honest and professional locksmith! My digital lock was malfunction with sporadic beeping and numbers blinking that resembles a horror film. Got me locked out of the house and feeling helpless. Reached out to Joel through a digital lock seller. Sent a video of the malfunction and requested for a break lock service. Instead of providing a quote for the service (as some others would jump on the opportunity to), Joel meticulously assessed the issue and did a step-by-step troubleshooting over a call. With his guidance, the issue with my digital lock was resolved on my own over that call. Joel didn’t charge a cent for the solution he offered. Highly recommended and definitely a contact to keep.

Digital lock key duplication
Joel is especially caring and helpful when he was responding to inquiries. I didn't know him before, I just contacted him randomly to inquire if he could help with my digital lock key duplication. He recommended another locksmith who is able to assist me. He went extra miles by checking the reason for key duplication and explained to me over the phone patiently. I considered his suggestion and replaced the lock instead. He send his staff, Teoh the next day for lock replacement. And, Teoh did a great job, he completed the lock replacement within 1.5 hours, superb efficient.

Car Key Duplicate
Was able to secure a time slot to duplicate my Honda HISS key pretty quickly. Job took about 30 minutes in total. The duplicated key is rather rough in term of quality with sharp edges, so i have to smoothen it with coarse sand paper. Nevertheless, the key works perfectly.

Unlock Digital Safe
This evening I gave a WA message to their Services to enquire about my residential Morrie's digital safe not being able to unlock. The response by Joel was swift. He was also very patient to guide me step by step on how to do it with just the 2 keys attached. He asked me to video as well as to check the number attached to the top key. He pointed the error as the key did not match with the number indicated on the safe keyhole. Only then did I realised I had used the wrong key. It took me a while to find the correct key as he showed me a photo of how the key should look like. Finally I managed to locate the correct key and viola my safe door could now be opened. It was almost two hours of his precious time and yet he declined payment for his assistance and time over call. I am very impressed by his empathy and generosity and forever thankful for his great help. Will certainly look up for his services in future. Yesterday I was locked out of the house as i accidentally reset my samsung digital lock which i can’t access using normal access card and fingerprint anymore.
