Retractable Awning Installation
Super happy with my new Fetuna Cassette Retractable Awning and the service, Alex completed the quote in quick smart time and was accommodating and punctual in timing of the site visits to fit with my work schedule. Alex was able to change the colour of the arms of the awning to better match the colour of the awning I wanted, while having a different colour for the outside of the Cassette. Fabulous.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new eclipse awning. Alex and co have been really great to deal with, answering our 10,000 questions, and the installation today was fast and friendly. The cost increased by 30% in the 9 months between first enquiring and ordering but this could possibly be supply chain issues. The awning seems to be of very good quality and looks fabulous.

Shade Installation
We were looking for a shade to put above our pergola as it gets unbearably hot in the summer. We approached a couple of companies to see if it was possible to put up a remote controlled shade. We decided to go with Alex as they came across as very professional and prompt even thou the other company said they would undercut any price we had been quoted. We thought it was going to be a big task putting a shade up above the pergola and we had Adam and the installers come out and have a look ant they decided it was a challenge but it was possible and Alex gave us quotes for several options and we decided to go with the fully retractable remote controlled Fetuna Cassette shade. The boys who came out were very professional and polite and had it installed in just under 3 hours. Wow! what a difference the shade made, we can now enjoy our outdoor area all summer long :-)

Installation of block out roller blinds with shade blinds.
Two weeks out from Christmas, Alex responded and visited our house and discussed a potentially tricky installation of block out roller blinds to be fitted in tandem with shade blinds. We received a quote quickly and were able to place an order. Delivery in early Jan just after we got back from leave. Installation went smoothly took less than an hour to install two rollers including some fine adjustment. Very happy with the result.
