I was super-impressed with the whole service provided and this was a tricky install with body corporate constraints. John nutted it all out, did his homework and trusted his experience - and so did I! Thought delivery in time for Christmas was too much to expect, but I was wrong. And what a difference it has made to our enjoyment of summer, the comfort levels in our WFH office, and our Christmas Day lunch for 15.

Our requirements for replacement cafe style blinds for our decking area were not straight forward. It did not phase John, unlike a competitor. His team worked well with other trades for the final install and communication from the office throughout the process was excellent. Some adjustments were required after install. We are so pleased with the whole process and experience, they were so professional and amazing to deal with, they were competitive in their pricing, the service has been second to none, on installation a fault was noticed in the fabric, as it is so close to Christmas it wasn’t expected that it would be replaced quickly, I received a phone call the next day to say that they would be back the following day to install the new skin, that is amazing service. Ziptrack Blinds Installation
The team were great, quick and professional. We needed advice on how to protect a patio and block the view, and the team recommended a fabric that has a 10-year warranty and looks great. We got 3 different quotes and theirs was the most competitive, they even matched our existing window frame colour, and manufactured to size within 3 weeks. Perhaps the only criticism would be the co-ordination between the customer manager and the technician that does the installation, could be improved. Overall however still very pleased with the ZipTrack, and service.

Awning Replacement
We had a large awning replaced over our courtyard. It's added so much enjoyment to our outdoor living space - still letting the warmth and light in but keeping poor weather at bay. It feels like we've extended our living space and our teenager simply loves it for reading and family dinners. I've always like interacting with people, Although I'm originally from Auckland, I've had the chance to live and work in Sydney, London, and California. I had a diversified profession prior to entering the awnings industry. I had operated trucks and buses, supervised dispatch for a freight forwarding company, and in 2006, I even attempted to run a bread run.
We chose to take on a new challenge after learning the ins and outs of contracting and business management. It has been really fulfilling. We've increased sales by 25% and are still challenging ourselves to perform better. Apart from work, I'm a devoted family man. My two children, two teenage sons, and two pets live with Kylie and me. I love to read or support my favorite soccer team when I'm not preoccupied with job or family. I aspire to realize my ambition of attending a live Football World Cup one day.
