Door Lock Key Cutting
Steve was wonderful. He was responsive and was able to get to my home in 30 minutes. His prices are reasonable and he will not drill your lock unless absolutely necessary. He has helped several people in my neighbourhood with their own lock installations. The key he cut from just looking at a photo we sent him was actually better than the keys we had another locksmith cut in-person. Would definitely recommend!!

Replacing some parts of the Lock
I called to see if they had the lock core that I needed. Once I sent them a picture of what I needed they said they have a replacement part and it just so happens that they were already in my neighborhood and delivered the part for me within about 10 minutes, I wouldn't expect the same service next time, but it was still nice. The person I talked to was polite and informative giving me some tips when I go to reinstall the part and explaining to me about why I should upgrade some other parts, they also text to be back a little while later to make sure that everything went well, which I appreciate. From what I can see from prices on the internet the parts that I got were the high side of normal for pricing.

Removing broken jammed key and Pick Open Locks
Steve was friendly, efficient, prompt and professional. He was onsite in a flash on a Saturday afternoon. There was no premium for weekend work. Front door lock was expertly opened to remove broken key jammed solid inside... and then Steve put lock back together again. He also managed to pry open a lockbox that was rusted shut after spending 15 years outside in all seasons. Highly recommend. Thank you, Houdini!

Rekeying of Door Lock
Steve has shown himself to be a professional throughout my experience, starting from the time he answered the phone. I had completed some lock replacement work myself and was looking for a low cost option for the final parts of re-keying a back door.
Rather amusingly when I suggested to Steve that I was considering trying to do this final part myself he responded saying "uh... no, that's not what you want. You want me for that part." I laughed. He'll tell it to you straight.
From there Steve and I worked out a flexible situation that was suitable for both parties as there was no urgency. Despite the lack of urgency Steve got it done quickly.
There was a curve ball in the job when it came to be completed but Steve deftly worked that out own his own. Keys and locks still have some mysterious parts to them. I am pleased. I have one key for my whole house which I haven't had for the ten years I've lived in my home. Yes

Replacement of Front Door and Garage Entry Door Locks
I needed front door lock and garage entry door locks to be replaced. Spoke to Steve and he advised me to send the pictures of the current locks and the locks that I bought. He was very helpful on the phone and gave me suggestion to buy “Schlage” locks. Steve replaced the locks today. He was very professional, quick and knowledgeable. 10-star customer service & pricing.
I had to get a new condo key cut and it's a newer, more-secure type that most hardware stores & key-cutting places can't do.
Not only did cut it, their price was literally 1/2 of what others were charging.
On top of that: the customer service was quick, polite and so friendly (he literally offered to give me a drive back to where my bike was locked-up!).

Key Duplicate for Disc Padlock

Deabolt Door Lock ReKeying
I called Steve because I was an idiot and lost my only key and he sold me a replacement cylinder but it didn't fit. He drove out to give me a second one that also didn't fit (haha), and then finally he rekeyed the entire deadbolt assembly. He was professional, friendly, and helpful the entire time. I also got a pretty old school fridge magnet and some pens, which decorate my fridge so that's pretty sweet!
