Cylinder Door Replacement

On Saturday, my partner and I decided we could change the door cylinder ourselves 🙃. We also called my dad to help with the lock replacement, and in the end, we got stuck inside the house… I searched for a locksmith, and after a few locksmiths who didn't sound so professional, I came across Ziv's ad on Easy!
Ziv immediately responded and tried to understand how he could help. We moved to a video call, and he guided us on how to open the door (while the entire mechanism was dismantled). We managed to open the door, and we were no longer locked inside. Ziv said he could come within two hours (we weren't in a rush as the door was already opened with his help), so we gave him the address, and he arrived on time.!
When Ziv arrived, he immediately started gathering all the parts we had taken apart from the door and immediately began fixing it delicately so as not to damage the door mechanism further. It wasn't easy, but he did it wholeheartedly to save us the cost of a new mechanism. He managed to save the mechanism, so we only needed to replace the cylinder! Immediately after we chose the cylinder we wanted (he had a selection), he installed it, lubricated the hinges, adjusted the door, and reinforced its stability! Additionally, he also fixed one of the doors in the house that wasn't closing at all and didn't charge for it. Throughout, Ziv was very professional, friendly, and transparent! Something hard to find these days… Professional service, reliable, and fair price."
