Called after 23:00 when I wanted to return home and that the cylinder of the upper lock was turning in vacuum. Elai arrived within 30 minutes, ensured I was indeed entitled to access the apartment, explained what he was going to do and the prices before hand. Then he did his work. The lock was reluctant, but he succeeded opening the door without damaging it. Super nice service and efficient.

Elai was friendly, clearly explained the pricing, and tried everything he could to open the door for the lowest price. I.e. without drilling or damaging the door. Even after he thought he had exhausted all the possibilities, and I agreed the lock would need to be drilled, he found one last means and managed to get the door open for the minimum pricing option.
