Replacement for 18 Year Old Patio Door Lock
Contacted Pugal at 11 to replace a lock on a 18 year old patio doors. After sending him photos of the doors and broken mechanism, he had come to the site and had it replaced by 13.30. Very communicative and mannerly person.

Chain Latch Ripped Repair and Added a New Chain Jock
We had a potential break in issue. Chain latch ripped out from the wall because of the force someone used to try open the door. We called around different locksmiths and we decided to go with Pugal and he came to help us. Initially I just wanted an extra new lock installed. Pugal was very kind, patient and knowledgeable with lots of experience , he didn’t try to rip us off, gave us a good fair price and great advice. He recommended things that he can do for us for the ultimate protection for our house. We ended up getting another lock installed and he fixed up our existing lock and even added a new chain lock. He made sure the service was completed to a high standard and explained everything he was doing so we understand how everything works. He was very thorough and went the extra mile. I needed the service done quite late too so it’s very good they offer a service with a call out as a reasonable price at that time. Couldn’t recommend Pugal enough, thank you again!

Door Lock that could not Lock Repair
Brilliant service. I rang around 11pm as i could not lock my door from the outside and needed to work work the next morning. Pugal came the next morning at 10am and fixed the lock in less than 20 mins and was very professional and friendly. I am delighted with the service and would highly recommend!!

Door lock Replacement
Called this morning looking to get my locks changed. Pugal showed up not even 30 minutes later to inspect the locks and run me through the best solution for me. I wasn’t around all day but he was willing to meet me at my convenience and even went searching as far as Wicklow for the right lock.

Door Lock System Replacement
The handle on the front door went and Pugal drove a long way to me to fix it. He managed to get to me, get me into the house and replace the door lock system in an hour and a half after an initial call from me at 1am on a bank holiday Monday.
He is a lovely man and a pleasure to deal with, he explained what had happened and why and explained the process of changing the lock too. He also gave us some tips to prevent it happening again. I'm extremely grateful for his help. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Locker Door Lock Repair
The service is well done. Pugal is very friendly. The only downside was that the wall was not appropriate to receive the new locker and a bit of damage and extra efforts from Pugal was required. Pugal did his best to leave it in good conditions, but it is something I will have to invest to get a better finish later. The locker is working seamlessly though. Thank you.

Pugal made a long journey late on a Friday when nobody else would come. His calm, kind and pleasant nature immediately put me and my wife at ease.
